The Intention (of each sessions is):
- a deeper awareness of self: what you REALLY want, what might be holding them back, patterns that they are in.
- the teaching of a new concept or tool: energetic, psychological or otherwise to help for clearing blocks and creating new.
- heart centered coaching from Sharane
- honest conversation, connection and community from other like-minded ladies
- the ultimate result: a life that has more clarity, alignment, joy and flow.
A Typical Format:
-9:30 settling in over tea
-a journal prompt and sharing of insights
-a teaching of a new concept/tool
- application of this concept/tool in real time
- sharing of results/insights
- charting of actionable steps for real life implementation over the next 30 days
- Noon-ish: breaking for lunch for impromptu conversation and connection.
Then What?
I will open this circle once a month to explore a new topic/tool/teaching with the ability of those in attendance to claim their spot first for the following month prior to opening to others. Monthly attendance is never required, although continuity is encouraged for the most deepening of the process.
And Why?
Because honestly it it my greatest joy to see people live happy, healthy, fulfilling lives that authentic and joyful to them. And it is my life's work to be an activator in that process.
